Charge Out Rate - The labor/labour rate that you charge your customers
Skilled Trades Hourly Rate - Hourly wage that is paid to your Technician
Employee Burden Rate - The cost of employing someone beyond hourly rate i.e. benefits, insurance. Typically between 10%-30%
Skilled Trades Efficiency Rate - Average number of hours that a Technician will charge out. I.e. 8 hours charged out in an 8 hour shift is 100% efficiency rate
